ALLOCATION OF GUESTROOM
For reservations booked through the White Rocks website you can view, modify or amend your reservation online without charges by entering your reservation code on the booking engine, located in our website. Please note that we are unable to display, modify or amend reservations booked through a third party. If you have reserved through a third party, please contact them directly. Kindly note that there are no adjoining rooms. Families may be allocated as close as possible upon availability.

Check-in 15:00 & Check-out 11:00
EARLY ARRIVAL OR LATE DEPARTURE
You may request an early check-in or a late check-out upon arrival at the hotel. We do our best to honor such requests but special accommodation depend on availability and are not guaranteed. If you expect to arrive early in the day and would like immediate access to your room, we recommend booking the room from the previous night to guarantee immediate access. Similarly, for late departures, reserving an additional night will guarantee access to your guest room until you depart. If you choose not to reserve, we will be glad to store your luggage and make our pool and beach facilities available for you to freshen up.
W cannot accept responsibility or cater for guests with medical or serious life threatening conditions as coeliacs and we cannot guarantee absence of airborn gluten, flour or starch. Kindly contact the hotel prior to booking.
The Dining Room restaurant, offers buffet service with explanatory signs for food containing flour, dairy and nuts. When mild allergies apply not available in the daily Buffet, our Chef is happy to accommodate limited options as gluten free pasta and bread. Kindly note that our open plan kitchen works with flour and gluten and we do not offer a gluten free designated area.

INFANTS & TODDLERS
This hotel is not “exclusively family” nor “adults only” thus not recommended for children under the age of 16. We welcome families with children of all ages, however we do not provide designated facilities and activities for children. Children should be supervised by an adult parent at the pool and hotel areas at all times. For the comfort of all guests, it is expected that parents supervise young children’s behavior in the Restaurants, Bars and Lobby Lounge. Restaurant admission for young children applies in the evening.
MINI SAFETY DEPOSIT BOXES
Hotel offers complimentary mini safes in all guestrooms. Hotel is not liable for valuables left in the room.

If you have booked on a website other than the Hotel website and you need to make an amendment to your booked reservation please contact the company you made the reservation with.
Due to cliff top location and number of steps we do not facilitate caddy service. Due to extensive grounds the hotel is not suitable for the less mobile.
We operate a non-smoking policy throughout the hotel. However smoking is permitted in a designated outdoors smoking area.
A room upgrade is based on availability and supplement at check-in and can include but is not limited to: higher floor, a room with a superior view or higher room category.
