What we believe

White Rocks Hotel is aware of its responsibility towards the environment, our employees and the local community. After renovating our premises in 2010-2011, we have revised many aspects of our operations in order to reduce our carbon footprint, while continuing to provide a high level of service.

How we behave

Our goal remains to reduce our overall primary energy consumption by at least 10% in the coming year. We commit to further reductions and help prevent dangerous climate change.

We are proud to have been awarded the Travelife Silver Award and as part of our ongoing commitment and we are dedicated to developing our environmental policies further. Suggestions of how we can reduce our consumption of natural resources are very welcomed from guests, employees and the community.

Travelfile is a joint initiative by world leading sustainable travel and tourism organizations. It ensures and certifies that key environmental and sustainability practices  are met in businesses involved in hospitality.
